This is the first level I built with DEVIL, so if you don't like it,

levels now that I've gotten good with using DEVIL and DTX.

I got the idea for the underwater areas when I discovered that you can make
walls that are only texture; i.e., they're not really walls at all because
you can fly and shoot through them.  I simply made walls of this kind using
a blue-colored texture and I got an effect very similar to going underwater.
