	DUHQ requested a 1 vs 1 level for the DBBDT tourney 3 days before
	he needed it... But I didn't start till the day before so this is
	kind of a rush job, I hope it doesn't show.  This level is fairly
	small as you would expect for a 1 on 1 level, but I bet it could
	hold up to 6 in a CTF game.  The level itself is shaped like a
	dollor sign, hence the name 'Kash'.  Again like Koors, the goals
	are in the wind tunnels.
